It is our policy to immediately remove any person from any mailing list upon the persons request. In addition, Milly, Molly will send newsletters to only people who request them. Newsletters will contain clear and obvious instructions for how the member can remove himself or herself from that mailing list.

We work diligently to protect the security of your personal information. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We hate spam email, and work hard to ensure that your email address is in no way compromised by our practices.

We use technologies like cookies (small files stored by your browser), web beacons, and device IDs to anonymously identify your computer or device. The technical information that we collect (such as details about a browser, operating system, IP address, or software attributes) tells us about your interactions with our content and allows us to deliver a better user experience.

Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored in a browser-related file on your computer's hard drive when you use our Web site. We use cookies to improve the member experience. We also use them to deliver information and fresh content specific to your interests. Cookies are widely used on most major Web sites.

Milly, Molly mostly uses "session" cookies, which are removed from your computer once you leave Milly, Molly. These are used so our service can remember that you have logged in already and prevent you doing so more frequently. The technology we use (PHP), requires the use of session cookies. Session cookies expire and are deleted after 30 minutes of no activity on Milly, Molly.

Milly, Molly also uses persistent cookies to personalize the user experience, to help protect our members and to provide us with research information (such as how often members visit Milly, Molly each month). Persistent cookies allow us to track users on Milly, Molly and helps us identify users abusing the Milly, Molly service.

We also collect information that is commercially available from data aggregators. Companies like App Annie may access non-personal information (such as your IP address or device ID) on our behalf. These companies supply us with anonymous usage and performance data. They do not collect information about individual users, and are subject to relevant privacy legislation and regulations.

Through our website we use additional information to do internal research on our users' demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand and serve you and our community. This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on our site or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on our site or not), what browser you are using, and your IP address.

If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the Site, we may collect such information into a file specific to you.

Otherwise  we do not collect or store information such as your name, email address or phone number. We do not collect information about your precise geographic location. We only collect personal information if you voluntarily submit this information to us. You may do this by requesting products or services, asking for technical support, accessing our content through social networking sites, or through other means. We use personal information for the purposes for which it was supplied.

When you are performing credit card transactions on the Milly, Molly website, you are utilizing our secure server, which encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address, and credit card number. Encryption ensures that no one can access or use your personal information. With encryption the information cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. Additionally, credit card numbers are used only for payment processing and are not retained for other purposes. We collect only the information required to process orders. When your credit card information is transmitted to our Merchant Service for validation, it is encrypted and only our Merchant Service has the key that will unencrypt that data. Please keep in mind that e-mail does not use SSL encryption technology and we advise against sending credit card information to us via e-mail. We will not be responsible for the confidentiality of any personal or credit card information transmitted via e-mail.

Our 128-bit encryption is implemented on SSL 3.0 with a certificate from WebTrust, the same used by banks and brokerage houses. SSL encryption is active in all areas where credit card transaction information is requested. You can check to see that you have entered an SSL-active area by looking on the bottom of your screen. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), you will know that SSL technology is in place and ready to encrypt your information.

How to check if you are on a secure page? Look up at your address line at the top of your browser page for the (http://). You will notice in the address line, that there is an (https://) rather than an (http://). The (s) indicates that you are on a secure page. Also, you'll see a key (Netscape) or a closed lock (AOL & Internet Explorer). These symbols tell you that any information you send to us will be "scrambled" using SSL technology. SSL uses "Public-Key Encryption" to exchange a session key between you and our server. This session key is used to encrypt (or scramble) your transaction twice - when it is sent and when it is received. If you are using a security-enabled browser (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer version 2.1 or greater, or Netscape Navigator version 2.0 or greater), your information is secure.

Your credit card statement will show 'Dremus Ltd' as the merchant, they facilitate all our credit card transactions.

From time to time, we make changes to our information practices or alter the functionality of our content. We always update this statement accordingly, so we encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on privacy practices at Milly, Molly.

If you have any questions or concerns about our privacy policy, please contact us at info@millymolly.com. You are entitled to access any personal data we may have collected about you, and we will delete this data at your request.
